For over 20 years, Amanda has specialized in chronic pain management using a variety of techniques that help unlock systematic release for pain management in the body. Amanda utilizes a wide range of modalities to target issues including Ashiatsu, myofacial release, and trigger point therapy. Ashiatsu utilizes gravity and the practitioners feet to provide steady and slow, deep pressure. This technique allows the client to breathe as the tissues slowly melt and relax into homeostasis. Most sessions will include a hybrid blend of traditional and Ashiatu massage - using the 20 years of experience to determine what works best in the moment.

While chronic pain management is the main focus, Amanda is regarded highly for spiritual and energetic alignment sessions. Using a touch based massage approach - Amanda helps move and balance the mind, body, and spirit - leaving the body in a state of calm.
